First, open for Photoshop then (Ctrl+N) Create a new sheet, after Select in shape tool and creating for the rectangle. And step by step crate for letters rotate (Ctrl+T) Any angle rotating the shapes, after Finishing the Shape Creating using for pen tool (P) this tool using for Small corrections.

 After creating for double line shape outer and inner shapes outer shapes applying for golden color, using golden gradients (below download link)

The finishing golden coloring after open for an alien skin plugin (below download link) Open for this plugin Select extruding section for Small adjustment for extruding options finish and done.


ALIEN SKIN EYE CANDY


Inner shape applying for golden designs on inner stroke create a size for (5 to 7) Selecting for gradient click on a golden color and finally, corrections and lighting Add done to a title design.
